Brighton based singer ‘Annaca’ and her band including Ben Bashi (Drums, Backing Vox) Samuel Harrison (Guitar & Backing Vox) and Leo Humphries (Bass, Keys & Backing Vox) are excited to be confirmed as one of headline acts for the Emerging Icon tour.

The band have been very busy over the past year, spreading the word of Annaca in Brighton and surrounding areas, not to mention being invited to perform at Britain’s biggest event in decades; The 2012 London Olympics.

Annaca and her band have many other exciting adventures to come following the recent release of their song 'Delilah' on the 'Emerging Icons In The Park' album last month. Over the past few months the band have been working hard on songs ready for their debut album release next year, collaborating with Jim Lowe (Stereophonics).

The dramatic and theatrical songs lead by Annaca’s soulful lead vocals give the music a Bohemian and ethnic feel. Annaca's voice gives the music a rustic and organic tone with a powerful modern twist. The vocal melodies and harmonies play a key role in emphasising the evocative and captivating nature of the music.
