The powerful lead-single I’M GOLD accentuates Ted’s distinct love of distorted guitars, trance-synths, beats, bleeps and lay-ered harmonies. Ted explains: “It’s about feeling separated from the out-side world and the realisation that we're all part of a cycle and there's no escaping it, but deep down we know we're miraculous and gold.”
Ted’s music is often described as spacey, futuristic, psychedelic rock-pop; with impressive and unique live shows that are full of energy. You’ll find Ted trig-gering and manipulating pre-recorded sounds, samples and video projections, while providing live guitar and vocal; resulting in a mix of electronic rock-n-roll.
This year Ted wowed audiences at The Great Escape, Secret Garden Party and Calvi On The Rocks and has upcoming gigs at Club NME.
Hailed as a Todd Rundgren-like genius, Ted Zed kaleidoscope through musi-cal influences with a flick of a plectrum, whilst producing a sound that is entirely their own.
